COMPANY CULTURE CURATOR – Helping leaders create a culture through the proprietary process of Inquiry, Awareness, Involvement & Leader Development.
An expert corporate culture curator and advisor that analyses, curates and creates cultures for companies as they envisioned. Bar Rescue meets Under Cover Boss, she is your Culture Rescuer.
Your company culture can make or break you. Is your staff aligned with your mission, vision, value and culture statements. Are your statements themselves aligned. It doesn’t matter if your culture is a hot mess, almost there or somewhere in between – Shelley can take a hard look inside and give you feedback and strategies to keep you aligned or get you there.
If you are battling turnover (the wrong kind), low engagement or less than desired engagement, retention concerns, lack of succession planning, sales slump, decline in profit or plateaued profit…then its probably your culture. Remember people create and drive culture. None of us want Culture BFF’s (Big Fat Failures)
Your website may list your mission, your vision and your values but do all of your client/customers and employees ‘see’ them, ‘feel’ them and ‘live’ them? If not, let’s talk about a #cultureinquiry that starts with a culture inquiry, from Shelley the Culture Curator.
