workplace culture

For the past two years, the words workplace culture and company culture have shown up over and over again. As we continue the conversations around Employee Engagement, Recruitment, Retention, and War on Talent companies are realizing the awakening is here…we are talking about a company’s culture, period! It begins and ends there. The strengths of a company’s culture thrust them forward and the weaknesses – leaks in their environments can and will devastate them. So, it’s no surprise that the 2018 top of mind lists all include culture or data to drive results around culture improvements and change.

If your leadership team isn’t talking culture, then they are truly going to be left behind to your competition. If you are talking and not taking action…well, no action equals no results.

None of this surprised me and probably doesn’t surprise you either.  When searching Forbes, Inc., Huffington Post, Harvard Business Review and others alike, I found the following topics as the top trends, top of mind, or priorities for eight top positions organizationally in 2018.
